Once upon a time there was a girl named Emily who lived in Pennsylvania and grew up in historic Chester County. She loved to draw and do anything creative. Her most favorite thing to do was to draw horses, and would draw one almost everyday. She never wanted to do anything else in her life besides art. She loves being creatively challenged and experimenting in many different materials. So, as she grew up it was only natural to attend an art school that would help hone her artistic powers and be among other creative people.
Emily achieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Temple’s Tyler School of Art in Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM developing her fine jeweler skills and strong fundamentals in many different forms of art. She also studied abroad in Rome, Italy expanding her art history knowledge and reaffirming her love of all art.
Emily still likes to draw horses, but broadened her horizons. She creates new things every single day whether is it drawing concepts for new giftware, creating textile patterns, painting, or building new jewelry. Not only is she good with working with her hands, but she is also computer savvy and can work digitally in several Adobe programs.
